There are 3 ways to order products from us.
Orders cannot be placed online at this time.
Call us toll-free at 1-800-700-1543 and give us your
order over the phone (yes! you can actually speak to a real
person!) We are in the office Monday to Friday from 11:00am
until 6:00pm, PST. Before or after those hours, you can leave
a message with your order on our machine and we will call
you back with a total and confirmation. Be sure to leave us
your contact phone number!

and we will email you back a total and confirmation or get back to you for any futher questions, etc.

Orders placed by 2pm PST are likely to go out the same day depending on the size of the order and the item being in stock. We ship mainly with DHL and US Post Office depending on the order. Delivery times will vary according to your location. Shipping charges are actual cost plus a small hamdling fee, depending on the order. We pack your order with care!
If you would like expedited shipping, please get your order in as early as possibly so we can ensure it will go out. We can ship 3DAY, NEXT DAY or any other available method available to us. For international orders, please email us and we find the lowest price for you.
Most customer prefer to use a credit card for payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept personal checks and Money Orders.
We will need some details before shipping your order.
1. The full name as it appears on the front of the credit card.
2. The Billing address. This is the address where you receive your credit card statement.
3. The shipping address. In most cases this is the same as the billing address. If not, please be sure the address is correct and includes any suite or unit numbers.
4. The credit card number, the expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back (or with American Express, the 4 digit code on the front).
5. Your phone number or main contact number, such as a cell phone or daytime office number if possible.
